Leadership Architecture OS. The full diagnostic. With your executive team.

A structured engagement that measures the Leadership Architecture Index (LAI) across five structural dimensions — Decision Clarity, Role Ownership & Accountability, Escalation Discipline, Leadership Load Balance, Execution Alignment — with Decision Authority Dependency tracked separately as a moderator. Survey, executive interviews, and a scored Architecture Report. ~3–4 weeks.

TL;DR
  • Full diagnostic with the executive team — not a CEO self-report.
  • 3–4 weeks from kickoff to findings.
  • Outputs: LAI score, dimension-by-dimension findings, archetype, recommended interventions.
  • Engagement model: sales-led, scoped during a 30-minute discovery call.

What it includes.

01

Survey

Structured instrument completed by the CEO and the full executive team. Establishes the structural baseline.

02

Interviews

Semi-structured 1:1s with each executive. Surfaces what the survey can't — the lived experience.

03

Scoring

LAI across the 5 dimensions; Decision Authority Dependency scored as moderator.

04

Architecture Report

Dimension-by-dimension findings, archetype, recommended structural interventions.

One score. Five dimensions. One moderator.

DAD — moderator

How dependent the system is on a single decision-maker. Tracked separately. Not part of the LAI mean.

Engagement model

LA OS is delivered by Azimut as the founding certified implementation partner. Pricing is scoped during the discovery call, anchored on executive team size and complexity. Confidentiality covered by NDA + standard MSA / DPA.

Common questions.

What is the time commitment for each executive?

Approximately 3–4 hours per executive: ~30-minute survey + 1-hour structured interview + a 90-minute findings/recommendations workshop at the end. Front-loaded so most of the time is in the first two weeks.

How does this differ from a leadership 360?

A 360 measures behavior (how each leader is perceived). The LA OS measures structure (how the leadership system itself is built — clarity of authority, escalation paths, governance, load balance). Different instruments, different units of analysis.

What does the Architecture Report contain?

The LAI score, dimension-by-dimension findings across all five dimensions, the DAD moderator reading, your archetype, the structural failure modes we identified, and recommended interventions (typically a Sprint, sometimes Governance Maintenance only).

Is the data confidential?

Yes. Individual responses are not shared with the executive team. Aggregated, anonymized scores may be used to improve the methodology and contribute to the benchmark — only with explicit consent per our standard agreements.

Who delivers the engagement?

Currently Azimut as the founding certified implementation partner. The methodology, scoring logic, and benchmark data are owned by Team Azimut SRL.
